The mine car is a narrow-gauge railway transportation vehicle for transporting bulk materials such as coal, ore and ballast stone in the mine. Generally, it must be drawn by a locomotive or a winch.
According to different structures and unloading way, it could be divided into: fixed mine car, bucket-tipping mine car, single-side curved rail dumping mine car, bottom-dumping mine car, material vehicles, flat car, shuttle mine car, etc.

Main characteristics
The carriage is fixedly connected with the frame, and the mine car shall be overturn and unloaded with a dumper.
The frame is a metal structure that can withstand traction, ultromotivity, collision force between mine cars, and impact force of steel rails.
The mine car has simple structure, sturdiness and durability, low resistance coefficient, large carrying capacity and easy to maintenance.

Installation and trial operation of fixed mine car

Preparation before installation

Before installing the mine car, first check the installation position of the mine car, check the track laying condition, whether the parallelism and parallel surface of the two rails meet the requirements, and adjust if necessary.The top of the linear track should be at the same level, and the allowable error in the length direction shall not exceed 1mm per meter and 3mm per 10m. The allowable error on the corresponding measuring points in the left and right directions does not exceed 2mm.
Installation
After carefully checking that there is no problem, according to the installation requirements, ensure that the centerline of the wheel set of the minecart coincides with the centerline of the track.Trial operation
During the trial operation, observe whether the mine wheel pair is rubbing against the track, and deal with it in time to prevent damage to the mine car.During the trial operation, observe whether the car body is tilted, out of the track or overturned after colliding with another mine car while sliding along the slope curve.
During the trial operation, observe whether there are collisions, interference and rail gnawing phenomena when the minecarts pass through the track with the smallest radius of curvature.

Matters needing attention in trial, maintenance and operation of fixed mine car
Before using the mine car, carefully check whether the appearance have any serious bumps and damage, and the wheels should rotate flexibly without jamming.
The normal service life of the mine car is more than 10000h, and generally does not need maintenance. However, according to the place of use and the size of the load, the corresponding maintenance date for oil filling should be established, and the oil filling maintenance should be cleaned in time, and the wheel sets with abnormal noise and non- rotating should be replaced in time.
When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing frame must be outward, and the bearing must be installed behind the wheel. It should be kept properly and not crushed to death.
The seals should use original accessories to ensure the sealing performance. Matters needing attention during operation:
a. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.
b. Overload operation is not allowed.
c. During the working process of the mine car, the mine car shall not be cleaned manually.
